Shipping Policy & Info

All orders are shipped using Australia Post. For the most up-to-date transit estimates and service info, please visit the Australia Post website.


Orders over $150 qualify for FREE Express Post shipping.

Unfortunately international shipping is not currently available. This is something I have been working towards for a really long time and I can see it in the near future!

Refund & Returns Policy

Refunds will not be given due to change of mind or incorrect order placement. Refunds will only be given in the case of defect or damage.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened, in it's original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Returns are not available for International orders.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/clearance and customised items cannot be refunded.
